Our Company was founded in December of 1989 as Crump & Associates, Inc. by Ronald J. Crump.  Mr. Crump began doing business as R&R Electronic Tax Service, focusing on the newly emerging market for Refund Anticipation Loans. During off-seasons, Mr. Crump performed a variety of accounting services for business clients and obtained his CPA license in 1993. As our business services grew, Payroll Complete (originally named R&R Paymaster) was introduced in 1995 to provide full service payroll processing.  In 2001, the Corporation was renamed to R&R Business Solutions, Inc. to more accurately reflect our year-round business services. The company has been operating in its present location since its inception where it has grown to 3 buildings in adjacent lots. In 2006 a new Northport location was added in the Kmart Shopping Center to increase market share north of the Black Warrior River. Our current structure includes three divisions: R&R Tax, R&R Business Solutions, and Payroll Complete.
